DESI seminar by Jean-Pierre Bouchez
Abstract
This talk will focus on KMS. I will present the results of a research conducted during three years, with thirty major international groups on the various policies, practices, and tools mobilized in the knowledge management systems. I will describe four types of models identified during this research. These models come from policies that companies want (or not) implemented. For each of these models, I will present the practices and tools (technology) used, highlighting in particular the conditions for their success, but also their limits and their risk of failure.
The combination and articulation of these models refers to the new knowledge management ecosystem. The reference companies that served as the basis for the research are as follows: Auchan, Areva, Axa, Bouygues Telecom, CEA, Crédit Agricole, Danone, Engie, Dassault System, EDF, Gemalto, Groupe SEB, IBM, Lafarge, Michelin, Mondial Assistance, L'Oréal, Orange, La Poste, Pernod Ricard, Schneider, SNCF, etc.
