On the nature, antecedents, and consequences of emotional anticipation in career development
CePCO conference and CARLA seminar
Michaël Parmentier, a PhD student at the University of Louvain (Belgium), will address the role of emotions in the anticipation of future career events such as major educational and career transitions. Mr. Parmentier will illustrate his talk with three types of transitions in particular: from high school to higher education, from higher education to work, and the entry into the job market. He will also address the importance of considering emotions, especially before major transitions, from a lifespan perspective.
