Lyvonne Tume is an experienced children’s intensive care nurse and Professor of Critical Care Nursing in the Faculty of Health & Medicine at Edge Hill University, in England. Her research program focuses on ensuring effective and safer clinical care and improving outcomes during and after children’s critical illness, with a particular focus on nutrition and weaning from mechanical ventilation.
