Estefania Amer is a senior lecturer and researcher at HEC Lausanne, where she is also Head of education at the Grand Challenges center. She is a project manager at the Competence Centre in Sustainability (University of Lausanne). Her research interests are focused on sustainability, corporate reputation, and stakeholder integration. She has published in Business&Society, Journal of International Management, and Strategic Organization. Finally, she is particularly interested in innovative approaches to integrate sustainability into higher education.

Wouter Savrij Droste is a visionary, authentic leader with over twenty years of multi-sector experiences within sustainability SME, start-ups, but also international organisations and corporate. His professional goal is to continue operationalising sustainability care and values-based leadership in business. Innovating organisations' strategy planning by motivating the organisation upwards a common good culture. Keeping us responsible for our role in society, economies and business. For doing so Wouter bundles his sustainability management knowledge with his business controlling, analytical skills to develop long-term business strategies incorporating planetary survival. His private goal is equally making people passionate (again) about our nature and care for common good. Therefore aside of his advising role he is as a certified organic farmer and cross-country ski-guide. Aside of decades of mediation, mindfulness training and learning life by doing, he obtained a Bachelor, HEC, Hogeschool Zuyd, Maastricht; Master’s in Business Administration, Business School Lausanne; Master’s in Sustainability Leadership, Cambridge University and a diploma in Strategic Finance, IMD, Lausanne.
