What kind of leadership is needed to solve the big issues of our times?
How can diverse and inclusive leadership practices drive innovation, improve team engagement, and lead to positive outcomes for society and nature? Join us at Anindita Samsu's talk to discover more about this inspiring topic.
Anindita Samsu was one of 108 women and non-binary people from 17 countries who participated in the 12 month leadership programme Homeward Bound. The training ended with the Island Sky voyage to the Falkland Islands and Antarctic Peninsula. We invite you to join us for Anindita Samsu's presentation of stories about and from Antarctica, capturing the breathtaking beauty and fragility of the white continent and deep personal reflections from the far south. Find out about how this experience changed her view on leadership and sustainability.
Anindita Samsu is an Assistant Professor of geology at FGSE. She was supported in this program by the Institute of Earth Sciences (ISTE), FGSE, and Equal Opportunities Office (BEC).
